  • No, our wedding is at Hyatt Ziva Cancun, and you must be a guest at the hotel to attend.

  • Room check-in is at 3pm, guests may access amenities anytime before.

    Room check-out is at 12pm, guests may enjoy facilities, restaurants and store luggages until 3pm. If guests desire to use facilities after, they must acquire a resort day pass.

  • Absolutely! You can make requests, and our travel agent will make the request with the hotel, based on availability.

  • No, we are holding space and have locked in pricing as part of a wedding room block. Please RSVP through the link provided.

  • You can either book your own airfare or have our agent assist you. There is no price difference; however, there is a $55 fee per airline ticket if our agent books your air. That will cover schedule changes and assist with cancelled flights.

  • Yes, you may stay at the resort for up to 5–7 days under the contracted pricing, based on availability. If you plan to stay longer, please RSVP early so your extra nights can be requested and held.

  • Feel free to bring kids or other guests to stay at the resort! However, wedding events are reserved for invited guests only.
